Roommate Matching Survey

IMPORTANT LEGAL AND FAIR HOUSING DISCLAIMER: COMPLETION OF THIS FORM IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY , AND YOUR ANSWERS TO THE QUESTIONS ON THIS SURVEY ARE OPTIONAL. Tiger Properties of Clemson, LLC (“Tiger Properties”) is requesting this information because you indicated on the Tiger Properties Housing Application (“Application”) or through other means that you want us to assist you in finding a roommate. If you do not wish to complete this Roommate Matching Survey (“RMS”), we will randomly assign you an apartment bed space based upon current availability using the floor plan preference(s) (if applicable) you checked on the Application. If you do complete the form, we will do our best to place you with another person with similar interests as yours. In the event a question is not checked or is left blank, it will hinder our ability to find a roommate with similar interests and preferences as yours. We will attempt to place you in an apartment/unit with a person(s) who has completed this same form; however, we may assign you a bed space within an apartment where no person has completed this form. We cannot possibly know all your or your prospective roommate’s behavioral traits or environmental preferences, and make no warranties regarding such. Owner and management are not responsible for new, amended, or false RMS information or preferences provided by you or prospective roommates. Neither Tiger Properties nor the owner of the property is responsible for any problems that may occur between matched tenants. Tiger Properties and the owner each expressly disclaim any and all responsibility for any problems that may arise with regard to disputes between roommates concerning rental units. All prospective tenants are strongly encouraged to exercise their own good judgment when evaluating a prospective rental unit or roommate. Tiger Properties reserves the right to transfer, assign and consolidate bed spaces at any time – regardless of personal profile and/or environmental preference match compatibility.
